Pepaco was established in early 2006 to assist organisations in complying with the Home Information Pack Regulations 2006 by supplying Home Condition Reports to Home Information Pack Providers and Estate Agents.

Following some changes in the regulations Pepaco altered its focus with a view to supporting companies who were required to produce the EPC to comply with the Energy Performance Certificate Regulations (England and Wales) 2007.

We have been a key part of several Government trial schemes both in the private and social housing sectors. This has enabled Pepaco to position itself at the forefront of the EPC market and gain some rare and valuable experience in the volume production of EPCs over a large geographical area.

Pepaco has a nationwide network of Domestic Energy Assessors giving us the ability to produce EPCs. We aim for a 48 hour turn around time on Energy Performance Certificate Instructions and the quality of our management and the personnel within our DEA network has helps us achieve this target in over 95% of cases, subject to gaining access to the property.

From the initial commissioning of the work to the delivery of the EPCs, Pepaco has shown that it is capable of delivering high quality services tailored to meet the needs of customers.
