Services to Estate Agents

The production of the EPC is an element of the HIP provision process which is, to an extent out of the control of the estate agent.

It is important to many of the estate agents who we work with directly, that they are comfortable with the quality, personality and appearance of the energy assessor who will be visiting their vendor client in their home to produce the EPC.

We have met and carefully selected each of the energy assessors who we work with. By working closely with the estate agent and their chosen HIP provider we can offer the estate agents piece of mind and an element of control with regards to the energy assessor who is visiting their vendor client’s property.

We provide each estate agent with an account manager and with the name of the member of administration staff who will be dedicated to dealing with the estate agent’s clients. This enables the agent to discuss the EPC with Pepaco and to get up to date information on the status of appointments if they require.
