Services to HIP providers

Working closely with our existing HIP provider clients we have implemented a process to ensure that an EPC can be instructed and the finished product received with the minimum of manual intervention within strict service level agreements.

In this way we are able to ensure that our HIP provider clients are able to realise significant cost and time efficiencies through the use of our services. The reason that we are able to provide these efficiencies is that we are dealing with several different clients and our process volumes are relatively high.

Our process management team receive EPC instructions, liaise with vendors and estate agents to arrange appointments, manage the diaries and the efficiency of the domestic energy assessors, handle complaints or the rearrangements of appointments and generally deal with all the administration involved in the EPC process.

In addition, we ensure that we have personally met each of the domestic energy assessors who carry out work on our behalf. This ensures that we are able to monitor the quality of the people who are meeting the property vendors. This enables us to confidently commit to standards of courtesy, appearance and respect from our team of energy assessors.
